Elizabeth J. Dugan "Betty" (nee Benincasa) passed away January 28, 2025.  She was 89.  Betty was the beloved wife of the late James Dugan and the loving mother of the late Peter Benincasa and Joanne Benincasa. She was a cherished Mom Mom to Nicole, Amanda, Breanne, and Anthony, and a proud great-grandmother to six.  Dear sister of James Tindell, Richard Tindell, Mary Ellen Powell, Nancy Sullivan, and the late Barbara Palovian and Carol Pelowitz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will remember her kindness, warmth, and devotion.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, 10:00 AM at St. Dominic Church, 8504 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at Magnolia Cemetery.
