Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Duggan (nee Sutter) passed peacefully May 19, 2025, at the age of 86.  Beloved wife of the late Robert A Duggan, Sr.  Devoted mother of Robert A. Jr. (Annie), Kathleen, Kevin, and Michele Mahon (Timothy).  Loving Mimom of Scott, Katherine, Alex, and Jamie.  Betty was predeceased by her parents Frank C. and Rose Sutter; her brothers Frank A. Sutter, Joseph Sutter, William Sutter, and Thomas Sutter; and her sisters Mary Testa and Catherine Sutter.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Friday, May 23, 2025, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and also Saturday, May 24, 2025, 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, followed by her Funeral Mass 10:00 AM Our Lady of Calvary Church. Interment will be held at Resurrection Cemetery.
