Loving mother of Dennis Foley, James Foley (Celeste), Joseph Foley (Mary Pat), Regina Burke (John), Kevin Foley (Denise), Margaret Foley (Ed Miller), Elizabeth Prendergast (Thomas), the late Patrick Foley (the late Theresa), and the late Michael (Mary Ellen).  Adoring grandmother of 20 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Dorothy Patricia Quinn SSJ, the late Anne Pote, and the late Daniel Quinn. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Saturday December 9, 2023 at St. Jerome Church, 8100 Colfax St. Phila., PA  19136 from 9:00-10:15 AM followed by her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM.
