Elizabeth C. Milligan "Betty" (nee Hartey) passed away on September 18,2021. Beloved wife of the late Thomas. Devoted mother of Tom (Maryanne), Kevin, Kathy Maguire (Tom), Gregory (Tricia), Patrick (Kelly), Colleen Marren (Mike). Betty was a loving Gram of sixteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Betty was a longtime resident of the Fishtown section of Philadelphia and a member of Holy Name of Jesus Parish. Faith and Family is what she cherished most in her life.

Relative and friends are invited to her viewing Friday, September 24th 2021, 10:00 AM to 11:15AM. Holy Name of Jesus Church, 701 E. Gaul Street, Philadelphia followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:30AM. Interment will be held at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Tribe Intensive FL, 1475 NE Jensen Beach Blvd., Jensen Beach, FL 34957 in her memory would be appreciated.
