Elizabeth (nee Dugan) on March 31, 2018, at the age of 87. Loving wife of the late Edward J. Devoted mother of Stephen and the late Gregory. Sister of the late Daniel, Joseph, Paul, Leo, Frank, Jerry, Charles, Edward Dugan, Mary Rohr, Margaret "Peggy" Deim, Jean Gallagher, Rose O'Neil and Patricia "Patsy" Dugan. Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service Friday 10:30 AM, St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, followed by her Funeral Mass 11:30 AM. Interment is private.
