Elly G. Crowley (née Schott), age 102, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved daughter of the late Eric and Elise Schott. She was the cherished wife of the late Albert "Ace" Crowley and devoted mother to Robert, John (Eileen), Nancy Elliott (Tom), and the late James, Albert "Bucky", and Jayne Crowley.

Elly was the proud grandmom of Lisa, John, Christina, Nancy, Brian, Tom, Rick, and Robert, and a great-grandmom to 17 grandchildren, as well as a great-great-grandmother to two.

Born in Kraxtepellen, Germany, Elly immigrated to the United States in December 1924, beginning a new chapter of her life in Philadelphia. After raising her children—three of whom remarkably shared the same birthday in different years—she worked as an insurance adjuster for Reliance Insurance Company until her retirement.

An avid reader, Elly loved mystery and thriller novels, and she also found joy in cooking, sewing, and knitting. She especially treasured the time spent dining out with her family at local restaurants.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday, September 26, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at Burns Funeral Home, 1514 Woodbourne Road, Levittown, PA 19057, followed by a service at 11:30 AM. Interment will be private.
