Obituary
Beloved mother of Dawn Marie (Hector) Quinones and Danielle Hibner. Grandmother of Quran, James, Ezequiel, Cornelia and Nathanial. She is also survived by her loving mother Rosemarie Radtke, 3 sisters and one brother. Elmira's grandchildren were her life. She was selfless to her very last breath. Services and interment are private.
