Elva D. Flanigan (nee Passivo) passed away January 31, 2024.  Devoted mother of Bill and Tom (Kim).  Loving Mom Mom of Jessica, Bridget, and Layla.  Dear sister of Elaine Devine and the late Maryann Pownall.  Former wife of Paul Flanigan; also survived by her best friend Kay Cornelius.
