Elva passed away peacefully at the age of 94. Elva was a WWII disabled Navy Veteran and proud of her service. Devoted wife of the late Robert Marshall and the late Jack Simmons. Predeceased by her brother Charles and sister-in-law Sis, Laura (Raymond) and Frank. Beloved aunt of Charles Wetzel Jr. (Virginia), Thomas Wetzel (Karen), Terry Eckert (Richard), Raymond Lorah and Randy Lorah. Relatives and friends are invited to the celebration of her life on Wednesday 11 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. (so. of Grant Ave.) followed by her Service at 12:00 PM.
