Florence V. Carboy (nee Ahern) passed away April 27, 2025, at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Daniel Carboy. Devoted mother to Daniel Carboy (Sharon), Mary Carboy, Annemarie Costello (Ed), Bernadette Waskiewicz (Ken), Regina Carboy-Harris, and Florence Keal (Bob). She was a loving grandmother to 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Doris Matanoski (the late Carroll) and the late Rev. Eugene Ahern, S.J. and Mary Walsh. She will also be sadly missed by her many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM at St. Matthew Church (upper church), 3000 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by her Memorial Mass at 10:30 AM.
