A resident of Center City, Phila. Loving daughter of the late Robert and Frances Devlin (nee Dombrowski), beloved niece of William and Kathleen Smith, devoted cousin of Joseph Smith (Rosemarie) and Kathy Cunningham (Joseph) and loving Godmother of Sarabeth Cunningham; also survived by cousins Joey, Katrina and Eva Gray Smith and two aunts, Mary Maloney and Catherine Whelan. Fran was surrounded by countless loyal friends who supported her during her recent illness. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Tuesday, 9 to 10:15 A.M. at St. Patrick's Church, 242 S. 20th St. (at Locust St.). Phila., PA 19103 followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 A.M.
