Beloved sister of John (Marge) and Jim.  Loving Aunt to Kellyann, Caroline (Mike), Michael and Vincent (Liz).  Great Aunt to Jacqui (Mike), Kevin, Alexa, Michael, Devan, Colin, Riley, Keira, Shane, Gavin and Nolan.  Frances was an avid reader and enjoyed watching movies.  She loved to spend time with her family.  She treated all her nieces and nephews as if they were her own.  Although she will be missed here on earth, she was a child of God and is now reunited with Jesus along with family in heaven.  Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Wednesday, July 3, 2019, 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, followed by her Service 11:00 AM.  Interment will be held at Resurrection Cemetery.
