Frances was reunited with her family in heaven and is survived by her brother Luke Petosa {Rosemary,} her sister-in-law Rita Petosa {Charles,} her grandson James Middleton, Jr., many nieces, nephews, their children, her caregivers at Harborview and friends.

Strict COVID protocol for Saturday January 9, 2021 9am viewing and 10am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Katherine of Sienna Church, 9700 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia PA.

To adhere to strictest protocol, there will be no receiving line; respects to be paid to Frances at her casket and a polite gesture to the family members from a distance. Masks are MANDATORY and there will be monitoring of the number of attendees for the safety of everyone.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the American Red Cross is appreciated.
