Frances O'Neill (nee Byrne) passed away June 14, 2022 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late John "Jack" O'Neill. Devoted mother of Thomas (Melissa), Linda Bryson (Richie), and Lori McGrath (Matthew). Loving Nana of Michael (Kelly), William (Kelli), John (Brittany), Elise, and Matthew; also survived by her great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Tuesday June 21, 2022 at St. Jerome Church, 8100 Colfax St. Phila., PA 19136 from 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM followed by her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to St. Jerome Church would be appreciated.
