Francine Mumper

Francine Mumper (nee Neiley) "Fran" passed away peacefully January 16, 2026. Beloved wife of the late John "Jack" Mumper. Devoted mother of Francine Gindele (Mark), Patricia Mumper La Torre (Joseph), and Jacqueline Ciarrocchi (Tom). Francine was a loving Nanny to Joseph, Kristen, Emily Rose, Juliana, and Tommie and a cherished great grandmom to Henry, Jack, Sammy, and Joseph.

She was the dear sister of Nancy Dellavella, Lorraine Micsion, Michele Neiley, and the late Jane Brooks, Esther Perri, James Neiley, John Neiley and sister-in-law of Carol Neiley and the late Joyce Morozin. Francine will also be sadly missed by her many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by her Funeral Service 11:30 AM All Saints Episcopal Church, 9601 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
