Franny was a retired truck driver with Local 107.  Beloved husband of Lorraine and the late Mary.  Loving father of Geraldine Lugo (the late Juan), Francis, III (Theresa), and the late Helena Kirby (Joseph), and Mary Ann Rilling.  Also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren; step children Cindy, John, Robert, and the late Michael and nieces and nephews.
