Francis J. Cutter passed away on August 2, 2024 at the age of 77.  He was preceded in death by his parents Francis J. and Magdalena Cutter.  He is survived by his sister Theresa Quinn (Leo), and his nephews Leo, III, Joseph, and Michael Quinn.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing August 15, 2024, Thursday evening, 6-8 P.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114.  A second viewing will be held August 16, 2024, Friday morning, 9-9:45 A.M. at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Ave., Phila., PA 19114.  Funeral Mass 10 A.M.  Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
