Francis J. Devlin passed away on December 24, 2025. Beloved partner of Robert M. McKay for 52 loving years. Devoted brother of the Rev. David Devlin, O.S.F.S., William Devlin (Susan), and James Devlin (Beatrice). Dear uncle to many loving nieces and nephews. Fran is also lovingly remembered by the Bell family on Bob's side.

Fran proudly worked for Philadelphia Gas Works for over 34 years. He and Bob cherished traveling together, especially spending summers and falls in one of their favorite places, Ogunquit, Maine.  Fran was also involved in various charitable causes including the Winter Carnival for the support of the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday, January 2, 2025, at Our Mother of Consolation Parish (9 E. Chestnut Hill Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19118) from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by his Funeral Mass. Interment will be held at Beechwood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations in Fran's memory may be made to the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales, 2200 Kentmere Parkway, Wilmington, DE 19806.
