Francis N. DiDonato passed away July 31, 2016. Beloved husband of Greta (nee Tew). Loving father to James DiDonato and Jackie Hutflus, and also his two stepchildren Frank Moran and Michelle Moran. Loved by his 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Known to his friends as "Sarge". Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Thursday August 4, 2016, 6 PM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by his service at 8 PM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, family would prefer donations in his name to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 34th St. and Civic Center Blvd. Phila., PA 19104 or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
