Francis J. Festino "Frank" of Rockledge, passed away June 9, 2019 at the age of 63. A North Catholic graduate class 73', Frank was a computer programmer. Son of the late Sam and Marie Festino. Beloved brother of Carol Smith (John), and Jeanne Festino (Paul Flanigan). Dear uncle of Gary and Lisa Smith.
