Frank passed away suddenly on April 16, 2018. He was an Army veteran. Beloved husband of Kathleen (nee York). Loving father of Francis Jr. (Michelle), Steven (Diana), Kenneth (Erica), and the late Christine. Dear Pop Pop of Amanda, Kristine, S.J., Eric and Emily. He is also survived by his sisters Eleanor and Betty Hartnett, and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday 10-11:45 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by his Service at 12:00 PM. Interment private.
