Loving father of Christopher (Annette), Patricia McDonough (Kevin), and Kevin (Jacqueline), dear Pop of Riley, Lola, Devon, Brynn, and Jude;  Frank will also be sadly missed by his "companions" Daisy and Digger.  Relatives and friends are invited to gather 9 AM Thursday, April 12, 2018, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, followed by his Memorial Service 11 AM.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Pennsylvania SPCA, 350 E.
