Fran passed away on June 15, 2020 at the age of 78.  Loving husband of Shirley (nee Fenton).  Beloved father of Nicole Wlodarczyk and Kelly Baldt (Joseph).  Pop of Nicholas, Ryan, and Aiden.  Also survived by many brothers, sisters, and other family.  Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass Monday, 11 A.M. at Holy Name of Jesus Church, 701 E. Gaul St., Phila., PA 19125.  Donations in his memory to the American Stroke Foundation , or the Autism Society , would be appreciated.
