On March 19, 2021, at the age of 81, Frank "Joe" Brooks passed away peacefully in his sleep surrounded by his family. Joe is survived by his three devoted sons Joseph, Daniel (Kate) and Michael (Kathy), his ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Anna Marie (Lally), parents Oscar & Alma and brother Gerald. Joe was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He retired from the Philadelphia Fire Department after 26 years of meritorious service. Originally from Northern California, Joe moved to Philadelphia after he met and married Anna Marie. They raised their three sons in the Lawncrest section of Northeast Philadelphia. Joe loved his grandchildren, bass fishing, fine dining and his Philadelphia Eagles. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday, March 26, 2021, 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM, St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Ave., Phila., PA 19114 followed by his Funeral Mass 10:30 AM celebrated by Monsignor Paul Kennedy.  Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3301 West Cheltenham Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19150.
