Suddenly on August 14, 2018 at the age of 64. Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Perez). Loving father of Jason, John, Jason Jr., Heather Caroll (Shawn), and Kristy Foy (Patrick). Dear Pop of Alex, Daniel, Sophia Grace, Shawnie, Colin, Patrick, and Abigail. Brother of Theresa Haney. Also survived by his niece and nephews, Barry, Jeremy, and Kaitlyn.
