Frederick P. Graziani "Freddie" passed away May 14, 2024, at the age of 72.  Beloved husband of 24 years to Madge (nee Meder).  Devoted father of Freddy (Kate), Melissa Zavatsky (Mike), Michele Lorimer (Tommy), Jeffrey Dimitri, and Amanda Schneider (Mike).  Loving Grandpop of Brianna, Taylor, Michael, Bella, Thomas, Olivia, Lillie, Cassidy, Chase, Emma, and Reagan.  Dear brother of Mariana Gayda (Fred), Carolyn Gawronski (the late Joe), and Trisha Frosch; also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Sunday Eve. 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, and also Monday 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at St. John Bosco Church, 215 E. County Line Rd., Hatboro, PA, followed by his Funeral Mass 10:30 AM.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in Fred's memory would be appreciated.
