Gary M. Phelan passed away March 6, 2022.  Beloved husband of Susan (nee Koellner).  Devoted father of Christopher Phelan (Maura), Gregori Phelan, Daniel Koellner, and Jessica DiGiovanni (Anthony).  Loving Pop Pop of Gregori, Jr., Brendan, Gavin, Bianca, Madison, Wyatt and our angel Georgiana; loving son of Jean Phelan and the late James. Dear brother of Karen McCarthy , Holly DiStefano, Melissa Nolan, and the late James Phelan.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Friday, March 11, 2022, 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM, Burns Funeral Home, 1514 Woodbourne Road, Levittown, PA, followed by his Service 11:00 AM.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to SPCA, 350 E.
