Passed away March 27, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospital

He was 86.

He was a retired employee of S.K.F.

He was a member of Moose Lodge #1169, Bucks County, V.F.W. (Life Member) Post 6495.

American Legion Post 0834, 40 and 8 Local 929

Fraternal Order of Eagles, 2489,

Knights of Columbus Council 4215 Levittown (4th Degree),

Lifetime and Charter member of Levittown Fire Company #1

Lifetime member of Fire Police of Bucks County,

Navy Veteran of WWII and Korea,

Life member of Boys Town National Alumni Assoc.



He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Butcher

He is survived by his daughter Helen (Lynn) Kay and her husband Howard W. Kay of Bensalem

and his daughter Nancy (Ann) McClay and her husband Robert A. of Camp Verde, Arizona.

He is survived by brothers-in-law Gerard Nordin and Ray Nordin.

At his request there will be no viewing

Relatives and friends are invited to his Memorial Mass, Thursday 10 AM St. Michael the Arch Angel Church, 66 Levittown Pkwy. Levittown, PA 19054

He was a fun, generous, friendly person who because of his early years in Boys Town, Nebraska really treated everyone as his brother.

He will be terribly missed by many people and charitable organization administration and staff.
