George passed away July 18, 2013 surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was 76 years old. He will be sadly missed by the love of his life, Peggie Hahn. Loving brother of Delores Sullivan, Laura McVeigh, and Frank McVeigh. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, great and great great, and his two best friends Zimmerman and Vic. He was proud to have served his country in the United States Navy, and is a retired truck driver with Teamsters Local 107. An avid Flyers fan and season ticket holder since 1967, he enjoyed yard sales, flea markets and looking for ultimate bargains. He always cherished his time on the beach. The family would like to express their thanks to the ICU Staff and Hospice of Aria Bucks Hospital for their excellent care and support. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Monday evening, 7-9 P.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 1428 E. Columbia Ave., Phila., PA 19125. A second Viewing will be held Tuesday morning 9:45-10:45 A.M. at Trevose United Methodist Church, 4937 Church Ave., Trevose, PA 19053. Funeral Service 11 A.M.
