Georgetta H. Resikoff (nee Hampton) passed away on September 14, 2025, after a courageous battle with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Beloved wife of Ronald Resikoff. Devoted mother of John Williams, Jr. (Staci), David Williams (Lisa), George Williams (Billie), and Mark Resikoff (Emmie). Loving Mom-mom of 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Dear sister of Emma Douglas (Howard deceased), Leona Bortz (deceased) (Kenneth deceased), Herbert "Buddy" III (deceased) (Janet Rosar, deceased), Katherine Chomentowski (deceased) (Andrew), David Hampton (Marietta Ciardullo), Elsie McCloskey (Michael), Victoria "Vicky" Barger (Robert), and Lorinda "Dodee" Kirk (James Prem).

A lifelong resident of the Fishtown section of Philadelphia, Georgetta was known for her warmth, kindness, and commitment to her community. She worked as a lunch aide at Penn Treaty Middle School. She was also affectionately known as the "Avon Lady of Fishtown," which gave her the opportunity to visit with her neighbors and build lasting friendships.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Saturday, September 27, 2025, 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM Burns Funeral Home, 1428 E. Columbia Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by her Funeral Service 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Georgetta's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 399 Market St. #250, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
