Beloved husband and best friend of Dawn (nee Grykin), devoted father of Gregory (Melissa) and Jessica Strano (Tim), dear pop pop of Michael, Amber, and Gabriella; also survived by his brother Joe Casella (Esther), his sisters in law Susan Meo (Steven), Nancy Houtz (Denny), his brother in law Ricky Grykin (Debbie) and many nieces and nephews. Greg was an Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War, former employee of the Philadelphia Navy Yard and was a bio medical technician at Abington Memorial Hospital. His greatest passion in life was cooking.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday Eve. 7 to 9 PM and also Tuesday 8:30 to 9:15 AM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., followed by his Funeral Mass 10 AM St. Dominic Church. Interment is Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
