Gregory A. Gordon, 47, passed away on February 22, 2025. He was the beloved son of the late Mary McDermott and a loving dad to his daughter, Aubrey Pettitt. Greg is also survived by his dear brother, Joe Gordon, and cousins, Bridget (Henry), Jen, Kaitlyn, Tommy, Emily, and Tyler McGowan. He was a loving nephew to the late Lee McGowan. Greg was survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and cherished friends who he considered family.

Greg was born in Philadelphia, and raised by his devoted mother on the Florida coast. He graduated from the University of South Florida after earning his Bachelors degree. Greg's career in the hospitality industry started in Tampa. Ultimately he worked his way up to becoming a corporate director of food and beverage at a top golf club management company.

His hard work, dedication, and vibrant personality made him a well-respected figure in the industry. Greg's career allowed him to move to Arizona, where he was able to be closer to his daughter, Aubrey. The time they shared during her high school and college years created cherished memories that will live on in her heart forever.

Known for his love of life, Greg had a passion for golf, travel, and exploring new adventures. He found joy in every moment spent with his loved ones, especially his loyal dog, Ellie, who brought him much happiness. Whether at work or with friends and family, Greg's warm personality and genuine spirit left a lasting impact on everyone he met.

Above all, Greg's love for his daughter Aubrey was immeasurable. Their bond was unbreakable, and his dedication to being a loving, supportive father was evident in all aspects of his life.

Greg will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his legacy of love, joy, and kindness will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to call him a friend, family member, or colleague.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Burns Funeral Home (9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia PA 19114) on Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 10:00AM-11:30AM, followed by his Memorial Service. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
