Halee Elizabeth Dukes passed away suddenly, January 31, 2023.  Cherished daughter of David and Danielle.  Beloved granddaughter of Jeanette and Ronald Howell, and Jennie Dukes (the late Wilson).  Loving niece of Andrea Settelen (Keith), Bryan Howell (Sandi), Jennifer Scott (Brian), and the late Michael. Halee was the happiest, kindest baby, who will be sadly missed by her loving cousins, Anthony, Ava, Sophia, Colin, Aidan, Riley, Brian Jr., Eric, Justin, and Ciara.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Monday, February 6, 2023, 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia , followed by her Service 1:00 PM.  Interment will be held at Beechwood Cemetery.
