Died peacefully at her home on Saturday, December 18, 2010. Mrs. Loughlin was born in Shenandoah, PA to Sarah Longenberger and Harry Bowman, devoted wife of Thomas J., loving mother of Richard, Sharon (Raymond) Cybulski, Christine Pagano and her fiance Mark Goodwin and the late Paul Votto, also survived by 4 cherished grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Wednesday 9:30 AM at Faith Lutheran Church, 4150 Woodhaven Rd. (at Knights Rd.) Phila., PA 19154 followed by her service 11 AM. Interment Rosedale Memorial Park. Family prefers donations to the above mentioned church in her memory.
