He served in the U.S. Army during WWII, surviving a P.O.W. camp. Loving husband of Anne (nee McArdle). Father of Michael (Beth), Thomas (Maureen), Robert, and Anne O'Brien (Jim). Also survived by 8 granddaughters, 4 great grandchildren, and 1 sister Mary O'Rourke. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Sunday evening, 7-9 P.M. and Monday morning, 8:30-9:15 A.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. (S. of Grant Ave.). Funeral Mass 10 A.M. at Christ the King Church. Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
