Harry J. Putt, Jr.

Harry J. Putt, Jr. passed away peacefully on June 1, 2026, at the age of 78.

He was the beloved husband of the late Phyllis M. Putt and devoted father of Bill Dahl (the late Gabby), Sissy Dahl-Plizak (Carl), Jason Putt, and the late Gus Dahl and Phillip Dahl. He was a cherished grandfather of 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Harry proudly served his country in the United States Navy and later completed his military service with the Army National Guard. He went on to dedicate many years to law enforcement with the City of Philadelphia Police Department, where he retired after a distinguished career.

Family and friends are invited to attend his graveside service on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, Pennsylvania. Those planning to attend are kindly asked to arrive no later than 10:45 a.m. Upon arrival at the cemetery, please enter the first driveway and follow the signs marked “Funeral Procession Line Here.”
