Helen Haagen

Helen Haagen passed away peacefully on February 5, 2026, at the age of 89. She was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Fabiszewski and the devoted wife of the late Jack Haagen.

Helen was a loving and dedicated mother to Sandy Netter (Henry), Jack Haagen (Candi), and Carolyn Poole (Doug), and a cherished grandmother to Michael (Harley), Amanda, Matthew, John, and Stephanie. She was a dear sister to Rita Beale (Paul) and will be fondly remembered by her many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Helen’s viewing on Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Christ the King Church, 3252 Chesterfield Road, Philadelphia, PA. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Helen's memory to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
