Helen Veronica (Slavin) La Ross passed away peacefully on Monday, September 2, 2024, at Jefferson Torresdale hospital. She was 95 years young.

Born in Philadelphia, Helen was the daughter of the late John and Marion (Sweikert) Slavin. She was one of nine children: the late James, John, Phillips, William. Veronica, Raymond, and Marion Purich and is survived by her youngest sister, Dorothy Burns. Helen will be missed by her family and friends.

Helen was married to John La Ross for 50 years until his death in 2012.
