Helen J. Slowik ( nee Damis ) passed from this life on November 3, 2022, at the astounding age of 101 years old. She survived her husband, Joseph J. Slowik by 30 years. Helen leaves behind her last surviving sibling, Gilbert (Geri) Damis as well as her son David (Carleene), grand children Margo Mocarski (Rich) and Jason Slowik (Michele) and her great-grandchildren Victoria and James Mocarski and Jude, Dylan and Rosabelle Slowik.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Helen's life on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 , from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at Burns Funeral Home , 9708 Frankford Avenue, in Philadelphia, PA. Interment will follow at St. Dominic's Church Cemetery , 8504 Frankford Avenue Phila., PA 19136.
