Hugh J. Dougherty passed away peacefully on September 27, 2022 at the age of 93. A US Army Veteran who served in the Korean War. Beloved husband of the late Anna Marie. Loving father of Joseph Dougherty (Teresa), the late Richard (the late Janice), and the late Leo Dougherty. Dear Pop Pop of 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews. Hugh retired from the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard after many years of service. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Wednesday October 5, 2022 10:00 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 1514 Woodbourne Rd. Levittown, PA 19057 followed by his Service at 11:00 AM. Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to VITAS Hospice at Jefferson Methodist Hospital, 1300 Wolf St. 2 ^nd Floor, Phila., PA 19148 would be appreciated.
