Beloved husband of the late Mary (nee Sharkey).  Devoted father of Susan McLaughlin (David), Coleen Gramlich (Frank) and the late Michael and Robert.  Grandfather of 8 and great grandfather of 20.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  The family is grateful to the staff at Lafayette Redeemer for the compassionate care and friendship they provided to Hugh.  Relatives and friends are invited to gather Thursday, December 19, 2019, 9:00 AM, St. Christopher Church 13301 Proctor Road, Philadelphia, PA 19116 followed by his Funeral Mass 10:00 AM.  Interment will be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Christopher Church in his memory would be appreciated.
