Isabelle E. Fassnacht (nee Zablocky) passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on July 17, 2020 at the age of 93. Formerly of Dickson City, PA; a resident of Philadelphia for most of her life. Isabelle worked for Rohm and Haas which is now Dow Chemical. She is the loving mother of Anne Jensen (Bruce), Kathryn Tammaro (Robert), Margaret Giannotti (Mark), Paul Fassnacht (Patricia), and Barbara Moy. Dear Mom-Mom of Jennifer, Deena, Mark, Wendy, Erin, Thomas, Jacqueline, Katrina, Genna, Michael, Connor, Emily and the late Amanda. Me-Mom of Evan, Noah, Mason, Leia, Annabelle, Mark, Lucy, Rose, Abigail, Michael, Gabriel, Gwendolyn and Lila. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Wednesday 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd. Bensalem PA 19020 followed by her funeral Mass 11:00 AM.
