Jack T. Theis of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania died Monday, January 15, 2018 at Aria
Health
Torresdale. He was 79 years old. John was born November 18, 1938 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, son of the late Frank Theis and the late Marion Theis (nee - Travis). He is the beloved husband of Eleanor (nee: Hoyles); loving dad of Judith Carey, Jacqueline (Kevin) Mee, and John (Alicia) Theis; dear brother of the late Frank Theis Jr.; also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M., followed by funeral services at 2:00 P.M., at the Burns Funeral Home , 9708 Frankford Ave., Phila, PA 19114. Military Honors will take place at the funeral home immediately following services. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to Julia's Grace Foundation, P.O.
