James M. Boyle, Jr.

James M. Boyle, Jr. passed away peacefully in the loving hands of his Savior on September 5, 2026, at the age of 82.

Beloved husband of 61 years to Mary Anne Boyle. Loving father of James (Joanne), of Key West, FL, Christopher (Jeanne), John (Allison), Timothy (Patrice), and the late Joseph. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Jim was a proud graduate of Father Judge High School and earned his bachelor’s degree from La Salle University. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy Reserves for eight years and went on to dedicate his career to the City of Philadelphia, where he served as a police officer and inspector.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114, from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. Dominic Cemetery.
