At the age of 87. Loving husband of 41 years to Donna. Dear father of Linda Carrick, Laurie Carrick (Jack Riley), and Lisa Carrick (Rob Kirk). Grandfather of Kristen Riley (Ted Hosmer), Justin Torosian and Brendan Riley. Beloved brother of Virginia (Tom); uncle of Virginia (Tom), James, and Patty (Bob). Also survived by his large extended loving family. Jim was a graduate of St. John's University. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War. Jim was employed with Airwick Professional Products in 1955 in NY; he became a partner in PA distributorship, of which he later became the sole owner. Jim was a member of the Torresdale-Frankford County Club since 1976. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday Eve 6-8 PM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 and Tuesday 10-10:45 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 1731 Hulmeville Rd. Bensalem, PA 19020 followed by his Funeral Mass 11 AM. Interment will be at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
