James F. Donnelly, III "Coach" passed away suddenly on January 6, 2019 at the age of 66. Loving husband of Ellen (nee Bennett). Devoted father of Michele and Jim. Dear Poppy of Marisa, Ashley, Monica, Abigail, James, and Keane. Brother-in-law of Stephen Bennett. Jim was the past President of the Summerdale Boys Club, and was an alumni and Bowling Coach for 25 years at Father Judge H.S. where Jim won 6 Catholic League Championships. Jim was inducted into the City Allstar Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in 2015. He worked at SKF Industries for 20 years and Temple Hospital. Relatives, friends, members of the A.O.H. Division 39, and member of the Monday Night Men's League T-Bird Lanes Holme Ave. are invited to his viewing on Thursday Eve 6:00-9:00 PM and Friday 9:00-10:45 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by his Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. Katherine of Siena Church.
