Father of John and Justin Brown, Nadia Daley, Jada Madden, Nicole and James Russell, and Michael Howe.  Also survived by many grandchildren; his mother Valerie Madden; brothers Jason and Joe; grandmother Gertrude Mongan and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  A memorial service will be held at Curran's Irish Inn, 6900 State Road, Philadelphia, PA 19135, on Saturday Feb. 13, 2021 from 4-8 P.M.
