James J. Rauch passed away on July 20th, 2019 in Mission Viejo, California.

Jim was a man of tremendous faith who loved his family and his church. He contributed significant time to numerous churches and religious charities and causes throughout his life, with a special devotion to the Blessed Mother.

Born on October 25, 1942 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Clyde F. Rauch and Mary A. Rauch (nee Kelleher); he was predeceased by his brother Clyde (Doris) and his sister Kathleen Taylor (the late Charles).

Jim is survived by his beloved children: his son James (Joy), his daughters Colleen Wagner and Noelle McCormick and his dearly loved grandchildren: T.J. Rauch, Shaylyn Rauch, Shelby Rauch-Ramirez (Spencer), Shane McCormick, Chase McCormick (Hannah), Whitney Wagner, Eric Wagner and Hunter Jade McCormick. He is survived by his brother and sisters: Mary Jane Held (John – deceased), Donald M. (Bonnie), and Anne M. Mazzola (William) and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his former wife, Margaret (nee Maguire) and numerous members of the Maguire family.

Jim was a veteran and proudly served in the United States Navy. After completion of his military service, Jim joined the family business, M&C Specialties Company of Southampton, PA., as a sales representative and eventually President. When the family business grew, Jim and his siblings were instrumental in establishing M&C's presence on the west coast and internationally. His many contributions were significant to the success of the business.

Jim enjoyed life and what life had to offer and made many friends here in Philadelphia, as a member of Torresdale-Frankford Country Club, and, more recently, as a resident of Phoenix, Arizona and Mission Viejo, California.
