A dedicated family man, you would often find Jim surrounded by his people. He did everything for his wife, children, and granddaughters never missing a moment, big or small. When you were with Jim, you felt like you were with your oldest and dearest friend because he treated everyone, with kindness, warmth, and love.

Jim will be forever missed by his loving wife of 36 years, Maryellen. He will never be forgotten by his children James, Jr., Matthew, Melanie, her husband Brian, his two granddaughters Peyton and Teagan, and grandchild #3 on the way. He is survived by his mother and father Raymond and Barbara Stauble, his sisters, Kathy (John) Schoell and Donna Stauble, his father and mother-in-law, Thomas and Margaret Rodgers, his sister-in-law Cathyann (Chris) Calabrese and brother-in-law Kevin (Kathy) Rodgers and many nieces and nephews. He will also be deeply missed by his many friends old and new.

He loved a good party and we imagine he is having a nice cold beer on ice with all of his friends and family who welcomed him into heaven. We hold the memories of Jim near and dear to our hearts and know that he will live on in all of us forever.

A gathering will be held Thursday, December 17, 2020, 9:30 AM St. Matthew Church, 3000 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by his Funeral Mass 11:00 AM.
