Smith and his wife Patricia, John Smith and his wife Karen, Theresa DeLuca and her husband Nicholas, Maureen Smith, and the late George H. and Thomas A.  Loving Mom Mom of Amber, Miranda, Jade, Ryan, Kyle, Alex, and Vicky; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and her sister-in-law Ruth Adlam.  Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Tuesday, August 25, 2020, 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.  Interment will be held at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne, PA.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to American Diabetes Assoc., 150 Monument Road #100, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004 in her memory would be appreciated.
